WY999 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the WY999 platform — including all sections such as Casino, Sports Betting, Slots, Bingo, and the Game Lobby — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with WY999, including account creation, deposits, placing bets or wagers, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the WY999 platform. Using the platform without agreeing to these Terms is not permitted.

2. Eligibility and Registration

WY999 may request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or at any subsequent time. Verification requests may include a copy of a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot showing your payment method details. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Management

Each player may hold only one WY999 account. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — determined by shared device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — WY999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone or allow another person to access your account. WY999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact WY999 support immediately via the contact channels available in your account. WY999 will take reasonable steps to secure your account following a verified security concern.

Your account holds your PKR balance, transaction history, active bonus status, VIP tier progress, and responsible gaming settings. All of this information is accessible from within your account at any time.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits at WY999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in your account's deposit section.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your WY999 balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's side. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit and may vary by payment method.
• WY999 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• WY999 reserves the right to request proof of the deposit source for any transaction as part of account verification procedures.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered on your account.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account's withdrawal section.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment verification before processing. Unverified accounts may experience delays.
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see Section 6.
• WY999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts. This is a standard security and anti-fraud procedure.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

WY999 offers various bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms stated within the specific promotion at the time of the offer:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a reduced percentage or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• WY999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or exclude specific players from promotional eligibility at its discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting technical errors, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Free bets offered in the Sports section are subject to the odds restrictions and market exclusions stated in the specific promotion. Free bet stakes are not returned as part of winnings.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All games available on WY999 — including Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, and other titles in the Game Lobby — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible before or during each game session. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that specific game.

The following conduct rules apply across all sections of the platform:

• You may not use any software, tools, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or technical faults in any game to gain a financial advantage is prohibited. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are not valid and will be voided.
• Collusion with other players in live games or betting markets is prohibited.
• Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behaviour in any live chat or social feature of the platform is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or a sports event, WY999 will resolve affected bets in line with the relevant game or sport's specific rules, or void the round and return stakes where a clear resolution is not possible.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The Sports section at WY999 covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series), Football, Esports, and other markets as listed on the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on WY999:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• WY999 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market or for any individual account at its discretion.
• Bets on abandoned or postponed matches are governed by the sport-specific rules available in the Sports section. In most cases, bets on matches that do not reach a defined completion point will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time. WY999 will not be liable for bets submitted with a connection delay that results in the bet being placed after the relevant event has concluded.
• In the event of a clear pricing error — where odds are significantly out of line due to a technical or manual error — WY999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds.
• For PSL and Cricket matches specifically: if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions and the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies, settlement will follow the official match result under DLS unless the relevant market's rules specify otherwise.

9. Responsible Gaming

WY999 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity carried out within a budget you are comfortable with — it is not a reliable way to generate income or recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all WY999 account holders from within the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit per day, week, or calendar month.
• Session reminders: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

WY999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Situations that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or identity documents.
• Suspected money laundering, match fixing, or any other illegal activity conducted through the platform.
• Creating duplicate accounts or participating in coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using automated tools or bots to play games or access betting markets.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against legitimate WY999 transactions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, WY999 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or illegal activity, any outstanding balance may be forfeited entirely.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting WY999 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

WY999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While WY999 works to maintain consistent and reliable platform availability, no guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

• WY999 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.
• WY999 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including loss of anticipated winnings — arising from platform use.
• WY999's total liability to any player for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits WY999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Privacy and Data

13. Amendments to These Terms
